This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information when you access and avail our Services. It also educates you about the applicable Privacy Rights that the “laws of the land” provides you along with the best practices that we at Radharam Marketing Private Limited (hereafter referred to as RRM) bring to the table. This Privacy Policy (Policy) governs your use of the software application ("Application") that is owned and operated by RRM (us or we).

The Policy seeks to comply with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 (Rules) and such other legislations as they evolve over a period of time. In your own interest and safety of others, we wish to inform you that:

  • you should not disclose your login details to other persons. RRM is not responsible for any consequences that may arise on account of this indiscretion:
  • signing out of the device before allowing others to use your device:
  • protecting against security threats by using appropriate anti-virus software:
  • and similar practices as they evolve from time to time.

We use your Personal Data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. RRM values and respects your personal information and privacy. This Policy explains how we collect and handle you personal information.

RRM reserves the right to modify or review the provisions in this Policy without prior notice. Therefore, users are requested to periodically check this page for updates relating to amendments to this Policy.

1. Purpose in collecting your Personal Data and accompanying provisions

As you interact with us, ‘RRM’ (which also includes the subsidiaries, associates, affiliates and collectively, referred to as "us", "our" or "we"), shall request you to provide your personal data ("Personal Data" as defined subsequently), to process, collate and analyse with an intention to enhance your experience as you avail our services.

The Personal information (as defined in Section 2 of this policy) will be used by RRM for:

  • individual/tailored communication with users
  • maintaining records of our customers, prospective customers, vendors and prospective vendors and for our internal record keeping
  • conducting market research, establish seasonal patterns and preferences, business development activities, surveys and designing campaigns and promotions around such insights obtained
  • maintaining a confidential database with Chinese Walls/segregation between users’ personal data
  • sending users information in respect of the Application, Promotions, Launches etc with an overall intention to enhance user experience, user friendliness, relevance and appeal of the services that we intend to being to your doorstep. Since you are the Owner of Your personal Information, we respect and acknowledge your decision in respect of the following:
  • opting for any reason, whatsoever, to not provide such personal information or withdraw the personal information once provided. However, in doing so, we may be unable to provide the services, either partially or in full keeping in mind the requirements of the extant laws and regulations,
  • that we are not responsible for the correctness or completeness of the said personal information that you share with us and which we shall use having relied on the correctness of the same. Apart from a basic/minimum due diligence to establish the hygiene around the data, RRM is not responsible for the quality, authenticity and reliability of the data provided
  • of any consequences arising due to the disclosure of incorrect or incomplete personal information. You accordingly/hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless RRM (and which includes the subsidiaries, associates, affiliates, shareholders, their respective officers and employees, and other third parties engaged by RRM) against any claims, liabilities or consequences arising in relation to the provision of such incorrect or incomplete information.

However, RRM shall in no ways reduce/restrict its obligations in complying with any legal or regulatory requirements and to make the necessary disclosures under the requirements of any applicable law, regulation, direction, court order, by-law, guideline, circular and/or code which are applicable to us and for the prevention of crime

Ways and Means to collect your personal data:

These may be done through various means, including but not limited to:

  • our forms whether in electronic or hardcopy format;
  • any correspondence that we have received from you requesting for information or making any inquiries; and/or
  • business cards or other information provided to us.
2. Types of Personal Data and General Information

Personal Data may include, but it is not limited to information concerning your first and last name, email address, GST, contact information such as telephone, mobile, billing and shipping address (s) and postal code which may be subject to applicable data protection and other similar laws.

General Information refers to the information which may be collected by our Application automatically, and includes, but not limited to:

  • the date and time stamp of usage,
  • the IP address of the user,
  • the details, if any, of the device accessing the Application,
  • operating system and browser,
  • location details, and
  • other details including those captured by the “cookies” and similar functionalities.
3. Disclosures

Generally, ‘RRM’ will keep the Personal Data provided to us as confidential. Nevertheless, you consent to the following disclosures of such Personal Data to the following parties, who shall be located within India, for the following reasons:

  • any parties, who under a legal requirement, request us to share the data and these include government agencies, statutory authorities, industry regulators, authorised third parties under extant regulations. We may disclose your information, including personal information, if we believe that such disclosure is required by applicable law or to protect our property or rights or the property or rights of others or to preserve the security and safety of the services provided through the Application. This shall include disclosures necessary for the purpose of investigating and preventing fraudulent or illegal activities or as required by any governmental or statutory authority. In the unlikely event that we decide to sell our business or undergo any business restructuring at a later point, we may transfer all information available with us to the purchaser or successor entity.
  • contractors and service providers, including but not limited to auditors, consultants, accountants, lawyers, financial and professional advisers, lenders, insurance companies and property management companies;
  • business partners/associates where it deems expedient for and including the following reasons, but not limited to:
    • Updating with customers about the transaction status,
    • Enhancing application functionalities and associated features,
    • Responding to your queries and requests and update you about our services and policies;
    • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with the Application;
    • Any such aspects

The word associates shall also apply to our Customer Care Executives/Support team.

4. Protection and Sharing Your Personal Data
  • Protection: Your Personal Data is important/sacred to us. ‘RRM’ is committed to keeping and processing the Personal Data in a secure matter. ‘RRM’ will implement appropriate administrative and security safeguards, procedures and policies to the extent practicable and in accordance with applicable laws, to prevent any unauthorized and unlawful processing of the Personal Data and the accidental loss, destruction or damage to the Personal Data, at all times.
  • Sharing: Your personal information may be stored on servers of third parties engaged by us. We may also share information about you with our partners and advertisers on the Application, provided that we will not provide your private personal information to such persons unless specifically permitted by you to do so. These partners and advertisers may also place cookies on your device or browser which may collect information about you and you are advised to check your device settings regarding permission for cookies in this regard. We may use various third party service providers to provide services to you through the Application. We may share your information with such service providers subject to their adherence to the terms of this Policy and the safeguards that would be exercised reasonably.
5. Consequences of Refusal or Failure to Supply (in conjunction with Para 1)

The refusal or failure to provide the Personal Data may result in the following:

  • the inability of parties to formalize and/or carry out the relevant agreement or transaction in relation to the sale of our products;
  • the inability for us to provide you with the information, products as requested; and/or
  • the inability to provide you information about our products and obtaining your feedback on our products.
6. Modification and Correction

You have the duty to:

  • withdraw, in full or in part, your consent, subject to any applicable legal restrictions, contractual conditions and as soon as the condition arises whether under any extant regulations or any other business conditions, restrict access to such data which you feel, access to needs to be restricted to for such time as it may be reasonable
  • email us to the id provided below and update or correct any information in your Personal Data that you have provided and which needs modification. However, certain fields (as defined/marked in the “My profile update” screen) can be modified by RRM ONLY upon appropriate validation by email to the following co-ordinates.

7. Representation and Warranties

In the event that you may have provided the personal data of third parties (e.g., your emergency contact person, authorised representatives, contractors, lawyers, financiers) to us, we rely on you to have sufficiently obtained their prior consent of such third parties to allow us to process their personal data in relation to the Purpose. Except such fields which have to be validated and as have been marked in the “My Profile Update” screen, RRM shall be authorised to proceed with the data as provided by you without having any responsibility to verify the antecedents

8. Third Party Websites/Applications

This Policy ONLY governs the use of information by RRM and does not extend/apply to the use of information by third parties that are outside our control. Hence, any third party website/application visited by you through the Application would not be governed by the terms of this Policy. Please do review the privacy policy of such third party websites/applications prior to disclosing any information to them.

9. Changes to our Personal Data Protection Policy

We are committed to enhance our Users’ Experience and in that quest we may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will:

  • notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
  • let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy However, you are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
